Zoee Lynn Powers is a member of the firm's Land Use and Real Estate practice groups. Zoee works on complex real estate transactions, including public-private partnerships, land use, zoning, and permitting matters, and appearing in front of planning commissions, city councils, and other public bodies. In 2020, Zoee was recognized as one of The Best Lawyers in America’s “Ones to Watch” – particularly notable as it was the first year she was eligible based on years of practice. Zoee was also selected in 2018 as a Future Leader by Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Portland in 2019 as part of the Young Leaders Group of Urban Land Institute (ULI) Oregon, and in 2020 as a KIND 2020 Pro Bono Attorney of the Year.

Prior to joining Radler White, Zoee completed a year of service as a Law Clerk to Chief Justice Thomas A. Balmer of the Oregon Supreme Court, where she assisted the court by drafting and editing opinions and recommending action on petitions for review. She was admitted to the Oregon State Bar in October 2014 and additionally to the Washington State Bar in January 2019. She joined Radler White Parks & Alexander LLP in 2015.
