COHOUSING PROJECTS
Rebecca Tom has assisted developers with the documentation and state approvals for several cohousing condominium projects, including one project that meets the legal requirements for an age-restricted community.
ACQUISITIONS AND FINANCING
Rebecca Tom represented the buyer in the acquisition of a ground lease interest in an industrial property and negotiation of the acquisition financing.
PEARL DISTRICT CONDOMINIUM PROJECT
Rebecca Tom assisted the developer of a mixed-use condominium project with documentation and state approvals of the project documents, as well as the negotiation of sales of the condominium units. This 150-unit project is the first new condominium tower in the Pearl District since the recession.
PORTLAND SUBDIVISION
Rebecca Tom assisted the developer of a 35-lot residential subdivision on Portland's Inner Eastside with the preparation of CCRs, easements and the formation of a homeowners' association, as well as sales of lots.
GROUND LEASE FOR RESEARCH BUILDING
Rebecca Tom represented a public university in the negotiation of a ground lease and related documents with a commercial developer, for the development of a research building on university property.

Rebecca Tom represented the developer of a Central Oregon destination resort with the formation, registration and sale of a timeshare condominium project.
